• For individual users, I recommend watching a 10-minute video during your prep time, reading the brief reflection questions, and most importantly—writing in response to each lesson. Writing is key to transforming both your thinking and your teaching practice.
• For those with group licenses, you’ll want to map out when to show the videos in your meetings, preview the lessons beforehand, and then facilitate group discussions around the reflective application questions. Whether individual or group, the goal is the same: to transform your mindset and apply these strategies in your classroom, taking small, practical actions along the way.
