Enjoyable and Productive Learning Experiences

Classroom management is about creating an environment where student behaviors make enjoyable and productive learning possible. This 10-lesson mini-course gives you the fundamentals without overwhelming you with a comprehensive deep dive.

You'll learn practical strategies grounded in the Five Key Beliefs framework from The Will to Learn: simple rules and consequences, authoritative teacher presence, preventive and responsive moves, procedures that create gentle urgency, efficient relationship-building through MGC tracking, and the CARE framework for creating classrooms students want to be part of.

Each lesson is 10 minutes or less with reflective application exercises. Perfect for individual professional development, new teacher mentoring, or small group PD sessions.

This course is for you if:

  • Classroom management feels like it's holding you back from teaching the way you want to
  • You want focused improvement in one critical area rather than trying to fix everything at once
  • You need practical strategies you can actually implement, not theoretical perfection
  • You're looking for sustainable systems that work long-term

This course is NOT:

  • A comprehensive deep dive (that's The Classroom Management Course with Lynsay Mills Fabio)
  • A silver bullet that fixes everything overnight
  • Focused on being the "cool teacher" or building relationships as the primary management tool

Taught by a teacher who's researched and tested these ideas for years.
